Bishop's Update: End of GC81
Two last pictures from General Convention, as we get on the road to head home. The first was taken during yesterday’s closing worship (pictured to the right). Beautiful colors, powerful homily and moving music. The second shows our presiding bishop and our presiding bishop-elect, with a bag of Tess Judge’s “popcorn” between them (pictured below)! More careful reflections to be shared after I get home! Thanks to @eastcarolina.episcopaldiocese for trusting me to represent you and to support me in being present to participate in “the councils of the Church.”
