Deputies' Update: End of Day Five

Our deputies had a long day of legislative sessions, but they were Spirit-led in the work and were diligent and thoughtful in their consideration of resolutions brought to the floor. Our deputy Caleb Lee sent us this update from day five of GC81. In the photo to the right, you'll see Paul Canady speaking on the floor of the House of Deputies to the resolution on Indigenous Liturgies by setting the record straight that the Episcopal presence in the New World began in the Diocese of East Carolina.
