Committee on Courtesy

The Chairperson of this Committee stands before Diocesan Convention as nearly the last order of business on Saturday and provides an oral and written presentation (given to the Secretary of Convention) listing a number of persons and parishes who should be thanked in a public way for assisting in the Convention. The members of the Committee assist in the production of the script for this presentation. We are careful to always ask at least one person who has served before on this committee - the experience of the group provides for a better report. Consists of 1 Clergy and 2 Lay.
