Committee on the Bishop's Address

The Chairperson of this Committee stands before Diocesan Convention near the end of the business on Saturday and provides an oral response from the members of the Committee to the Bishop and Convention. This is accomplished by the use of a script, which is developed by the members of the Committee during a series of meetings scheduled by the Chairperson during Convention breaks. The response is scripted and is printed in the Journal of Convention. Consists of 2 Clergy and 2 Lay.
